The hits keep on coming

Honestly, I don't know why stuff that the POTUS and his administration do keep surprising me. You'd think a conservative like me by now would be numb to everything by now. But, I'm not. It's like a bad dream I can't wake up from.
Here's just a few from the last few days.
Michael Barone in the Washington Examiner discusses how bankruptcy law has been basically thrown aside in order to appease the UAW in the Chrysler case. Is GM next?
A close to total disregard of the National Day of Prayer from the Washington Times.
The Department of Homeland Security, in a follow up to their Greatest Hits Volume 1, aka the Brief on Rightwing Extremists, have now issued Greatest Hits Volume 2, a Domestic Extremism Lexicon. They have kinda taken a step back from it, but still, it was compiled and issued. Some of the great lines from it involve an underhanded attack at "alternative media" (Read: Conservative blogs), abortion foes, etc. At least it did address some of the anarchists and left-wing nut jobs, too, this time.
And don't get me started on the potential Cap & Trade energy plan that will be detrimental to working families, the Democrats protecting pedophiles (SCUM OF THE EARTH) in a hate crimes bill, oh, the way the media fawns over Obama like he's a rock star, and so much more. It's just depressing at times to even read news or listen to the TV. When will it end?
