Madison Co Democratic Chair calls Young Republicans Nazis

Why would he say that? What awful thing have they done? Answer:  asking John Tanner to come out of hiding and meet with his constituency.

mad

This is the intelligent discussion Democrats are engaging in. Disagree with them, you’re a Nazi.

Does this surprise anyone? Whenever Dems don't have anything substantial to argue, they resort to personal attacks, character assasination, class warfare, the race card, or anything to distract from the fact that they have no rebuttal for logical arguments being made.

LOL "the wealthy lunatic right"...well, I'm definitely "right", definitely NOT wealthy...I reckon the "lunatic" part is open to interpretation lol

I remember when Ed Jones was our Congressman he would go around to his different cities in West Tennessee and meet his with his constituents during August recess. Here we have the Democrats in charge, with government takeovers of the auto industry, banking, AIG, putting the "hate crimes" bill in a defense spending bill to get it passed and wanting to takeover the health care business and their calling Republicans Nazis ? I believe John Tanner knows what he's doing and doesn't want to be embarrassed by meeting with his constituents unlike his predecessor Ed Jones.

I've been seeing the race card thrown out pretty often lately. Last night I was accused of being a person who would "burn a cross in your yard". My offense? I used the #iamthemob hashtag in a message.

Wow, just wow. If anyone saw the video on drudge where Pelosi got some of the ire of the public -- she walked away saying they were "wearing swastikas". I think Dems are patalogical when people don't see things their way -- no wonder they like having yes men around.

I hope they keep on deluding themselves to how mad the people realy are, the will pay in 2010.

I read an article today where research was done to find any existing evidence of a swastika at any TEA party...it all boiled down to one sign and one kid wearing a shirt that was seen (possibly to accuse our gov't., but who knows). Anyway, there IS media coverage of that TEA party (Texas I think) and it wasn't a large party...yet, no shot of the swastika...Anybody think the media would have passed on THAT opportunity?

What crime is worse? Stereotyping a group of people as "Nazis" because you disagree with the actions taken by others, or asking an elected official to meet with your group because you desire to be heard? According to Robert Hill, it seems like the latter.

Do I condone anyone using intimidation or violence? No way. Do I think yelling and screaming is the most effective way to get someone to listen to you? Not on your life. Do I think it is a good idea to stereotype people and name call? Nope.

The MadCo YRs have not done anything to support an accusation by Robert Hill that they would conduct themselves in anything but a respectful manner. That Mr. Hill finds it effective to engage in petty name calling and agitating another group simply because they do not share the same views on a few issues, to me, shows his total disrespect for his neighbors and a complete lack of class. I would think that the Chairman of the Democratic Party in Madison County would be capable of diplomacy, but it seems that I am wrong. Indeed, whether you identify as a Republican, Democrat, or Independent, we all share a common desire to improve the area in which we all live. We are missing a huge opportunity to do so when we spend more time engaging in divisive tactics, than in finding ways to work together.
