I am also co-owner of a woman-owned industrial-based company doing business all over the USA. My company is a distributor of industrial sewing threads, crepe sewing tape, slip sheets, and filament yarn. Our customers use our products primarily to close bags (think animal food, charcoal, feed, seed, rice, flour, and sugar, to name a few.) In prior years, I worked in economic development for a the City of Opelika, AL, as well as for the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.

Party labels really make me itch. Doesn't mean I want to do away with the party system, but calling someone a "neo-con" or a "RINO" isn't my cup-of-tea. Yeah, I'd say I'm a moderate who leans to the right, but that label wouldn't prevent me from joining with another to champion a cause that we both feel passionate about. What a loss if it did!
Fair warning: I question just about everything (a sore spot with my dad & mom throughout my life.) In my opinion, if you're not learning, you're not growing. Here's to GROWTH!
