I think we need to be a part of the U.N. but not submit any portion of our national sovereignty to them.

I believe term limits on senators and representatives time has come.

I believe the Electoral system need be changed so that states are no longer "winner take all", there are far too many "fly over states" and "drive through counties" that are ignored because they lack "sufficient population".

I believe in one absolute fact : you own yourself and the fruits of your labor. You should be free to do with both as you see fit.

The death penalty IS a deterrent. I do not think lethal injection is "unconstitutionally cruel" as it is the usual punishment, judges issue unusual punishments all the time that are not cruel, the eighth amendment clearly states no "cruel AND unusual punishment" (note the conjunction).

It is not a judges job to "interpret the law" it is his job to uphold it and see that it is applied fairly.

The peoples right to keep and bear arms should not ever have been abridged to begin with.
