Summary

Expresses the House of Representatives' belief that it is reprehensible for a Safe Schools Czar to promote sex between adults and children and that those who hold such post should not promote criminal behavior.

Calls on the President and the Secretary of Education to find an immediate replacement for Kevin Jennings, the current Safe Schools Czar.
