Web Designer
Responsibilities include user interaction design, designing new site features and helping run the look and feel of the site. The ideal candidate will have a superb grasp of space, color, typography and imagery, coding skills to bring their designs to completion, and share an interest in the exciting world of Politics.
- Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge of XHTML & CSS layout
- Knowledge of AJAX and JavaScript
- Enjoys working with a small team
- Experience with Flash, Ruby on Rails, and other web related technologies a plus

Web Developer
Responsibilities include the development and implementation of the design of our web platform as well as assisting in the building of new community features. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in creating and growing web platforms and share an interest in the exciting world of Politics.
- Required Strengths and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, AJAX and JavaScript
- Substantial experience with MySQL development
- Experience with Web standards and cross-browser compatibility
- Enjoys working with a small team
- Ruby on Rails or other web development frameworks a plus
