• You are solely responsible for the photos, messages, notes, text, and other content that you upload, publish or display on or through Politics4All, or transmit to or share with other users.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You may not post ANY information to support any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization under section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
• You may not adapt, hack or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Politics4All.
• You may not perform any activities that violate any state, local, federal, or international laws.
• You may not submit harmful computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data.
• You may not use this Site for spam purposes.
• You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access or post to the Site for any purpose without Politics4All's express written permission.
• You may not reformat or frame any portion of the Web pages that are part of the Politics4All.com.
• You may not create a profile or misrepresent a person or entity unless you have permission from that person.
• You may not collect personal data about other Users for commercial or unlawful purposes.
• You may not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others.
• You may not post adult oriented content such as nudity, overtly sexual language or images, etc..
• You may not post obscene, offensive, illegal material, material that exploits any person, violates the rights of privacy or publicity of any person, that includes advertisements, promotions, solicitations or offers to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose.
• You may not harass, threaten or use abusive or vulgar language.
• You may not post copyrighted content without permission or giving credit to the owner.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance, or impairs the functionality of Politics4All.

Please understand that Politics4All reserves the right to review, reject and remove any content that content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and is in violation of our terms.
